The garden of about 1000m², without opposite, will allow you to eat or to bask in the sun while enjoying an exceptional view on the valleys of the Gers as well as on the Pyrenees. The owners live in a neighbouring house on the estate. They have a few chickens and dwarf goats. They will be happy to bring young and old to see them. Located 14km from Vic-Fezensac and 30km from Marciac, this gite will be perfect for a stay during the Tempo Latino or Jazz in Marciac festivals. For hiking enthusiasts, there are many paths around the gîte. Near the house, there is a pond partly secured by a fence and a hedge. Entrance hall, separate toilet, access to the fully equipped kitchen, storeroom and laundry room next door, a door to the outside (south side). From the entrance hall, direct access to the living room with a relaxation area, sofa, television, and a dining area. The living room opens onto the garden on the east side. The functional shower room with its large Italian shower will be accessible for the 3 double bedrooms of the gite, each equipped with a bed 140 and a storage space. A fourth bedroom, rather intended for children, is available if needed (without supplement), it is equipped with a bunk bed 90.
