Notre-Dame de la Paix

Overlooking the village, Our Lady of Peace watches over the parishioners.
On Sunday, September 14, 1952, at 3 p.m., at the top of the Grand'roche and in front of an audience of about 1500 people, the solemn blessing ceremony of the votive monument to the Blessed Virgin, honoured in the parish under the title of Our Lady of Peace, took place. All the sports societies, athletic, patriotic, fire brigade, municipal harmony, scouts, etc. are present, well aligned.

An electricity company had installed four projectors powered by a generator that illuminated the monument for two nights
For several years now, photovoltaic panels have been accumulating solar energy during the day in order to light up the statue at nightfall. Like an apparition, it seems to hang in the sky for several hours.
