Still full of traces of its history, this 18th century Gascon farmhouse has been recently renovated to modern standards of comfort (insulation, soundproofing, ventilation).
On 1 hectare, its wooded park offers panoramic views of the Gers countryside, sun and shade under its wide variety of trees and fruit trees
Large driveways make it easy to move around. There is plenty of parking space
The south terrace offers shade from morning to evening. The east terrace is ideal for sunny breakfasts.
The swimming pool 10x5 m, is located at a distance from the house for the peace of all. Its large wooden decking is ideal for sunbathing.
A closed garage is available for your classic or prestige car.
The house offers on the first floor, fitted out in an old attic, two spacious bedrooms.
On the ground floor, the old wine storehouse houses a kitchen and living room with modern furnishings next to the stone walls and three hundred year old beams. It will welcome breakfasts if the weather does not allow to take advantage of the east terrace.
In the old-fashioned living room (beams, stones, large open fireplace), equipped with HD TV, Hifi and library, you will enjoy the coolness in summer and the warmth of the wood fire in other seasons.
Unlimited wifi is available in the house and the terraces.

They have a double bed of 160X200, bedding great comfort, duvet of summer, 2 bedsides, a table, 2 chairs or 2 armchairs, a closet, a TV led HD, as well as a privative bathroom of 6,5m ² in addition, equipped with a shower XXL, of a basin with vast plan of deposit, a suspended WC, a radiator dries towels.
Towels and bath sheets are provided.
Pool towels if desired.
A fridge dedicated to cold drinks is available on the landing and free access.
