Adjoining the owners' house, on a 5000m² property, you will enjoy their salt water swimming pool, secured by a cover, for a sunbath or a splash, reading a book in the shade in the park... And if you wish, Jean-Yves can initiate you to stained glass in his workshop (stained glass course: please contact us). Adjoining the owners' house, a 100m² gîte fitted out on the ground floor and first floor (access by a corridor shared with the owners). Living room opening onto the private terrace, laundry room, upstairs: bedroom 1 with 1 double bed, bedroom 2 with 1 double bed, shower room with toilet. Reversible air conditioning in the bedrooms.
