Member of the Ecole de Nancy, the architect Lucien Weissenburger built this building in 1903-1904, of which he himself occupied the ground floor, for his personal housing and his workshop. He surrounded himself with the talent of Jacques Gruber for the stained-glass windows and Louis Majorelle for the ironwork. The building revolves around the vestibule, surmounted by a terrace.
