In Chalosse in the south of the Landes, between Doazit and Hagetmau, on the edge of the D18, Sophie and Mike welcome you to the Horizon des Landes. This old poultry farm has been completely renovated and offers a guest house, a gite and a mini farm for children and adults. 7 000m² to relax and take your time and all this with a little so british accent !
If you like beautiful landscapes, you will love to walk in Chalosse and you will see fields of corn, hillsides as far as the eye can see, flowered villages, and here and there, some cattle farms of eggs, poultries and fat ducks. A few kilometers away, the monks of the abbey in Maylis will welcome you and show you how they make wax and grow herbal tea. Going up, you will discover Mugron with the art gallery Rouge Garance, Montfort-en-Chalosse and the Museum of Chalosse.
