Enjoy a moment of relaxation on one of the terraces while appreciating the view of the Gers valleys, take a dip in the pool. Take advantage of the wooded park, its orchard, its vegetable garden to go for a walk or a fishing trip by the lake. And for longer walks, take the nearby footpaths to discover the richness of the countryside and the heritage of the Gers: they will lead you to Fleurance or Lectoure! On the first floor of the owners' house: the Prestige room has a 200x200 bed and a large shower room with a separate toilet. There is a reading and relaxation area with a coffee, tea and kettle tray. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with a washbasin and a private shower, the toilet is accessible from the corridor. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, a bookcase and a desk, a private bathroom and an independent toilet accessible from the landing. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a fireplace and large windows overlooking the garden and the entrance of the house, a library with a billiard table and an independent dining room for your breakfasts.
