The Ekaitza restaurant is located on the Ravel quay, a stone's throw from the Ravel House (listed as a historical monument) where the French composer was born. Facing the marina, the setting exudes a beautiful energy that takes hold of the place. The room, with its tablecloths, is made of noble and deliberately sober materials so as to concentrate your eyes on the plate and the glass of wine that is offered to you.
The seasonal products are rigorously selected, from French producers and mainly from short circuits. Guillaume Roget defends a market cuisine that mixes creativity and respect for the product, between delectable sauces, balanced seasoning and precise cooking. Maxime Badeuil, pastry chef, and Maxime Develay, sommelier, are among the nine collaborators of the chef who contribute to the high quality of this table.
