We offer you cuisine from here, regional Correzienne cuisine revisited in the chef?s own way, and cuisine from elsewhere, Mexican cuisine practiced by Benoît in his hometown of Bourges for 7 years.
All our dishes are prepared by the chef in his own kitchen, using as many local producers as possible.
