Jean-Noël and Charmian welcome you to the Espace d?Art, located in the priory of Trégoux, a hamlet halfway between Concots and Crégols. Here you'll find the work of Belgian painter Roger Gobron. Born in Brussels in 1899, Gobron was particularly influenced by the Expressionist movement, which he succeeded in integrating into his watercolors. Permanent exhibition of works and presentation of films on the life and work of the painter and his wife - the poet Marie-Jo Gobron (1916-2008) - who was the sister-in-law of the famous poet Maurice Carême. Also on display are collections of poems, a monograph and catalog of works, DVDs and photographs by filmmaker Jean-Noël Gobron. Visits by appointment only.
