Located at 250 m from the thermal baths, I rent a superb apartment T1 bis in a small residence very calm exposed full south, classified 2 ** and Gîte de France.
Its balcony equipped with a roller blind and a garden lounge allows to eat sheltered from the sun. In the kitchen, separated from the living room and completely redone in 2020, there is a ceramic hob with extractor hood, a combined fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle and all the crockery and cutlery needed for cooking. The living room is composed of : 2 beds in 90 with a bedside and their very comfortable mattress with springs, 2 pieces of furniture of arrangement, 1 new TV big screen equipped with catch for headphones, 1 radio, 2 armchairs, 1 closet with big mirror, 1 piece of furniture of arrangement where we find 1 ironing board and its electric iron, 1 vacuum cleaner, 1 clothes line, 1 big fan, 1 bucket, 1 broom...etc. On the table surrounded by 3 chairs, 1 vase with flowers decorate the room.
In the bathroom, a shower area 140x65 cm, 1 storage unit with its hair dryer, 1 stool, all well lit. The independent WC.
This small residence BEAULIEU offers free 1 partially shaded parking, 1 laundry room with 2 washing machines, 1 dryer, 1 bicycle garage. It is also equipped with a lift, free Wifi, individual mailboxes to forward mail during the stay.
