The church dates from the 14th century. It is in Romanesque style and has an ancient chapel in flamboyant Gothic style which houses the statue of Saint Fabien, patron saint of Rimeize.
The history of this church is eventful since on January 15th 1791, after the release of the money collected during the quest, the church collapsed without hurting anyone. This miracle will be associated with the saint of the church, since this accident occurred on the feast day of Saint Fabien. It houses a spiral staircase which is a masterpiece. It was rebuilt 6 years later with the help of all the inhabitants of the commune.
