Come and enjoy a gîte with a shared swimming pool. Located in an old farmhouse dating back to 1750, this semi-detached gîte with exposed stonework and beams has 3 bedrooms for 6 people, a living room with TV and WiFi, and a fully-equipped kitchen. On the banks of La Belle, enjoy a large 10 x 5 m saltwater swimming pool, a terrace with barbecue, garden furniture for relaxing moments, and bicycles available free of charge. Continental breakfasts featuring local produce available. Ideally located for a stopover to the south, to visit the Pays Mellois and the nearby Marais Poitevin, or to relax under the olive trees on the property. We provide bed linen and towels. Cleaning is included in the price. Open from mid-April to mid-October
