L'épicerie citoyenne d'Orliac

Epicerie citoyenne - Following this public meeting, a collective of 17 families worked to create "L?Épicerie
d'Orliac", a community grocery store. The aim is to offer a local service, to consume local
local products at a fair price, and to create social links.
The principles of the Epicerie are as follows: it is open to members (annual membership: 10?
for a single person or a single-parent family, 20? for a family)
is at cost price: there is no margin; it offers a range of local and/or organic products,
and/or in bulk, to help people consume and eat better; everyone gives a little of their time
to keep the store running, according to their means; fresh produce can only be bought by pre-order
to avoid losses.
