Welcome to our charming, comfortable and spacious guest house on the banks of the Loir.

The property comprises a main house dating from the 1930s in art deco style for 13 people, including 9 adults, and a pretty old riverside pavilion for 2 people (to be booked as an extra). The rental is reserved for you. A haven of peace combining the comfort of a nicely furnished house, the gentleness of a garden tended with respect and love, and the proximity of the river's wild environment for observing the local flora and fauna.

Ideally situated on the banks of the Loir, the property offers a splendid view over the river. The sunsets are magnificent.

20 min from Angers TGV, 1h from Le Mans TGV, 1h25 from Nantes TGV and airport, 2h30 from Paris; in the heart of nature and close to all amenities. A wide range of cultural, sporting and natural activities nearby. Telecommuting possible, several offices and spaces.

An ideal place to create unforgettable memories with friends and family. Children are of course welcome, and there are plenty of secure areas for your little ones.

* 2 spacious double rooms on the 1st floor with a view of the Loir and a private bathroom, + 1 charming single room with large single bed and desk
* second floor: 1 bedroom with 2 double beds (140cm), 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (or one double bed (180cm) and one single bed, depending on your requirements), bathroom with separate WC.

- thorough cleaning & provision of disinfectants and household products, most of which are of natural or organic origin,

- beds are made with care on arrival, and household linen is provided.
