In the heart of Quercy, 1H20 north of Toulouse, Fabien Jouves created in 2006 the Mas del Périé on the highest slopes of Cahors, 5th generation of winegrowers.
Here Malbec is the king grape variety of the domain. Passionate about the terroir, Fabien advocates bio-dynamic agriculture. The estate has been certified organic since 2009, DEMETER (Biodynamics) in 2011.
It's at the bottom of the eponymous vineyard of the Mas del Périé estate, 500m from the winery, that you can stay in a Tiny House overlooking the valley. Enjoy a rejuvenating stay for an immersion in the heart of the Quercy Causses?
