a large fully-equipped kitchen, professional piano, electric oven, 2 fridges, a freezer, dishwasher, etc.
2 lounges: a large one with 3 sofas around the wood-burning fireplace, and TV, and a smaller one with 2 sofas, a work desk and TV.
A dining room for 15 people,
4 spacious bedrooms (all with 2 single beds 90 X 200 convertible into a double bed), 3 toilets, 2 spacious bathrooms with walk-in showers.
Washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs, 3 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and possibility of independent access:
One bedroom with sitting area and spacious mezzanine with 160x200 bed, shower and separate WC.
One bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and a small kitchenette, bathroom with WC, 1 bed 90x190 on the mezzanine,
One bedroom with a 90 x 200 bed that can be converted into a double bed, bathroom, separate WC, 1 90 x 200 bed on the mezzanine.
Bed linen provided with beds made on arrival. Oil-fired heating included. Free wood.
Large 3500 m² enclosed garden with garden furniture, barbecue, swing, table tennis, football pitch, basketball hoop, badminton... Wifi via fibre.
