Located in Oloron Sainte-Marie, a stone's throw from the market, on the Arles route of the Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage route, the Tot de Casa farm store promotes Béarn farmers attached to their land and traditions. This local shop offers seasonal products that are tasty, healthy and respectful of animal welfare: seasonal fruit and vegetables, cheeses and dairy products, breads and brioches, meats and charcuterie, poultry and eggs, wines and honeys, fine preserves, medicinal plants and handicrafts.
All products come from human-scale farms whose certified practices are virtuous for people and sustainable for the environment (free-range livestock rearing, open-ground cultivation). It's a fair trade approach that promotes exchanges between consumers and the farmers present in the store every day.
