This friendly picnic area, located halfway along the route of a 5-hour hike from Kaysersberg to the Trois Epis health resort, is the ideal spot for a well-deserved snack break.

The Galtz, an impressive 8-metre statue, depicts Christ blessing the Alsatian plain in recognition of Alsace's attachment to France. An unmissable, splendid vantage point overlooking Colmar, the Alsace plain and the Black Forest across the Rhine.
