Charm of yesteryear, comfort of today, calm and space. Located in a Gascon farmhouse, this spacious gîte is equipped for 4 to 6 people (+ a baby). A substantial house of about 110m² with covered parking and terrace and a large wooded area with a beautiful view of the countryside and the Pyrenees
Ideal for a stay with family or friends.

Layout: kitchen with gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave/oven, kettle, coffee machine; living room with TV and DVD/CD player, radio; 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds (90cm) and quality mattresses; mezzanine (which can be used as a 2nd living room or as a 3rd bedroom as the sofa can be converted into a bed of 140cm), 2 shower rooms with WC.

Sufficient crockery and furniture for 6 people, as well as a vacuum cleaner, hairdryer and iron.

For babies, a cot and a high chair are available.

Heating: wood stove, electric radiators in bedrooms and bathrooms.

Included: electricity up to 60 kW/week - gas and water - bed linen - kitchen linen - end of stay cleaning.

Not included: electricity above 60 kW/week: €0,15/kWh - firewood: 35€ per half m3 - bath linen: 5€ (2 towels, 2 bath sheets, gloves) - washing machine: 4€ per machine - tourist tax: 0,80€ per adult per night.

In high season: if you book 2 consecutive weeks, you get a 100€ discount on the total amount.

The gîte is rented by the week. Arrival: Saturday after 4pm, departure Saturday before 10am.
It is equipped for 4 people (+ a baby). For a 5th and 6th guest, the sofa in the mezzanine is transformed into a comfortable bed and a supplement of 100€ per week is charged.

At the reservation we ask for a deposit of 30% of the rent, the deposit is 150€.

There is no smoking in the gite, but the summer kitchen under the barn, with its dining table, provides a comfortable space in all weathers.

We have an organic vegetable garden, an orchard, chickens and 4 small Icelandic horses. We like to share these sources of well-being with our guests, if they enjoy it. Pets are allowed under certain conditions
