In a small, calm and quiet hamlet, located 1h30 from Paris, 40 minutes from Sens and 30 minutes from Troyes. Françoise and Yves will be happy to take you "travel" in their gîte with decoration inspired by their various trips around the world. This independent house typical of the Pays d'Othe will be the ideal stopover for a stay with family or friends. During your stay you can visit the farm for free. Forests and hiking trails on site, swimming and fishing 6km away, supermarket 2km away and town center 2.5km away. Facilities and services: courtyard with lawn area and 400m2 terrace, two garages for cars and motorbikes. Barbecue, garden furniture, deck chairs, parasol. Equipped kitchen and TV lounge (flat screen, home cinema) Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 3 bedrooms each with a double bed. The cottage also has 2 convertible sofas (additional €12/night for more than 8 people). Two bathrooms are at your disposal, one on the ground floor with bathtub, shower and separate toilet. One upstairs with shower and toilet. For babies: bed, high chair, playpen, safety gate, changing mat, potty, bath seat. Possibility of staying over the weekend, mid-week or overnight, please contact us for this. Free sheets, electricity, household linens - Heating from October to March: €8 per night (€25 per basket of wood), option: €3/person for bathroom linen for the stay if necessary. Open all year. Possibility of renting the gîte for 11 people with a supplement.
