Pince Mi Pince Moi

Maison Kissi, a fixture at Les Halles with its macaroons and pastries, expands and opens its restaurant on rue Tran. Their love of cooking constantly drives them to reinvent themselves, with the desire to share their know-how with customers. So it was only natural that, after a few weeks' work, they should transform their "lab" at 30 rue Tran into their 1st restaurant, "Pince Mi Pince Moi", featuring the house specialty: lobster rolls! These famous sandwiches from the East Coast of the United States have recently dethroned burgers and tacos. The homemade, half-broiled, half-Viennese bread is filled with lobster, minced beef, grilled vegetables and much more. We also serve shrimp tartar with mango and green mayonnaise, mussel velouté and dishes inspired by the sea.
