Maison Kissi, imprescindible en Les Halles con sus macarons y pasteles, se amplía y abre un restaurante en la rue Tran. Su pasión por la cocina les impulsa constantemente a reinventarse, con el deseo de compartir sus conocimientos con los clientes. Así, tras unas semanas de trabajo, transformaron su "laboratorio" del número 30 de la calle Tran en su primer restaurante, "Pince Mi Pince Moi", cuya especialidad son los rollitos de bogavante Estos famosos bocadillos de la costa este de Estados Unidos han destronado recientemente a las hamburguesas y los tacos. El pan casero, mitad asado, mitad vienés, está relleno de langosta, carne picada, verduras a la parrilla y mucho más. También servimos tartar de gambas con mango y mayonesa verde, velouté de mejillones y platos inspirados en el mar.
