PARDÉBAT ESPÉRON

In the heart of the village of Monlaur-Bernet, close to a hiking trail leading to the Saint-Roch chapel, the highest point in the Gers, you will stay in a large family house with a fully enclosed green space of 4700m² where children and adults can have fun (ping pong, petanque, badminton, swings). Totally rebuilt in 2008 by the owners, there is a strong attachment to the family and to reunions in all simplicity. You will enjoy a magnificent view of the Pyrenees (1 hour from the ski resorts), 40 minutes from Marciac. Entrance into the living room, lounge/dining room, independent kitchen, an independent toilet and an adjoining shower room. A small living room accessible by two steps with board games, an extra bed. On the first floor, 6 bedrooms, all equipped with a double bed, a children's bedroom with 3 single beds (2 extra beds possible), a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower and bath. Outside, a 4700m² park with trees is entirely enclosed. A covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.
