40mn from the Puy du Fou, the old farmhouse situated in a hamlet, 4km from Moncoutant and its shops, has been converted into 3 adjoining gîtes close to the owners. This gîte benefits from a courtyard side terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. There is a trampoline and table tennis in common with the other gîte. On the ground floor, a room of 35m² kitchen-living room (Internet by wifi), shower room (wc). Washing machine in adjoining and accessible room. Upstairs, Ch1 (12m²-bed 140, baby bed), Ch2 (12m²-2 beds 90). Sheets provided and beds made on arrival. Electric heating. Hiking trails on site, Pescalis (European Fishing Centre) 10mn, Parc Aventure de Chantemerle (tree climbing) 11km, Saumur (Loire castles) 1h15, Marais Poitevin (boat rides, hiking, bike hire) 1h, Futuroscope 1h20.
