This charming 41 m2 semi-detached house, well-equipped and nicely furnished, welcomes you for your stay in Gruissan. It is located in Gruissan Ayguades, in a housing estate, with a communal swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September; all shops, beaches and entertainment are nearby.

Outside, you'll find a private garden and terrace with garden furniture, brazier/barbecue and plancha, and deckchairs.

It is composed as follows: entrance directly into the living room, independent kitchen adjoining the living room, closed and windowed sleeping area with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bunk bed, shower room with hydro-massage jets, independent WC, mezzanine with a 140cm bed and a shower room with WC.

Facilities include large flat-screen TV, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, oven and American fridge.
