The gîte is located in the center of a small Minervois village, surrounded by a landscape of vines and garrigues. From the village, you will enjoy many walks and mountain bike rides on marked trails. Nearby, the Canal du Midi, the lake of Jouarres (nautical base) is 3kms away, Minerve is 15km away, and for fishing enthusiasts, the Aude is 500m away. The beaches of the Mediterranean are 40 minutes away and the city of Carcassonne is 30 minutes away. Possibility of tasting local wines in the different cellars of the village. On the ground floor of the gite is the small wine cellar of the owner (good soundproofing), who will share with you his passion for his job. The gite is on one level, with a living room-kitchen opening onto the terrace in front of the gite with pergola, garden furniture and gas barbecue. Shower room with WC. A room with 1 bed in 140.
