Chef Valère Diochet, who has obtained 2 Gault & Millau Toques (14/20), and who has been Chef at our Château Les Carrasses for the past 6 years, focuses his cooking on products straight from the château's 100% organic vegetable garden or from small partner producers
Each plant of our garden has been carefully selected by integrating gustative and environmental criteria in adequacy with the soil offered by the Massif de La Clape.
