The new, vintage decor gives an air of publicity to La bonne excuse, square George V. Back in Pau, after 10 years abroad, Tito Ortega implements a theme bar concept, based on a warm atmosphere and quality products. We offer salmon platters from Barthouil, home-made tuna pâté, cold cuts from the Ossau valley, Corsican figatelli. But also, we have the breakfast formula and we plan evenings with a music group one Friday per month, and "cork evenings" where everyone can bring their own wine.
