All-inclusive equipment. Typical Percheronne house. Ground floor: living room (double sofa bed, fireplace, stove), kitchen, bathroom, WC. Floor: 1 bedroom (double bed 160 cm, single bed), and annexed attic bedroom (single bed, 1 baby bed). Wood and electric heating included. Enclosed garden 150 m², carport, table tennis, table football, pétanque court.
