It is in the extreme South of the Gers, on a hill offering a clear view on the countryside, that the owner (occupies a part of the house) opens the doors of his XVIIIth century mansion to you with its authentic character: stones, beams and half-timberings. On a property of 5000m ² of which 1500m ² private, a beautiful covered terrace of 44m ² will allow you to enjoy the surrounding landscapes: fields, hills and woods during your meals and to recharge your batteries you have the choice between the private above ground pool (7.4x3.7 - depth: 1.10m) or the relaxation area with Spa and Sauna (access with supplement). Lou Bentenac offers fasting and detox courses, electric bike and mountain bike rentals, bike, mountain bike or walking tours, quad rides (with your own approved quad). Outside of July/August, we offer special rates for groups of up to 7 people (contact us or visit the owner's website). Large entrance, living room/library, kitchen with dining area and back kitchen, shower room with separate toilet, shower room with toilet giving access to the relaxation area: SPA and Sauna (free and unlimited access with supplement). On the first floor: blue room with 1 bed 140, 1 bed 110, library, relaxation area and office, orange room with 1 bed 160 and 3 beds 90, library, red room with 1 bed 140, yellow room with 1 bed 160, 1 bed 110 and 1 bed 90, private lounge area.
