On Quai Baluze, a stone's throw from the cathedral district, a life-size cow beckons passers-by. It indicates the location of a butcher's shop, but that's not all! On the first floor of this shop, which specializes in Limousin beef, is a small restaurant, a veritable cocoon for epicureans who love good food. The menu shows you the best cuts of meat, which you can choose yourself with the butcher's expert advice.
Specialties: the trio (veal-beef-lamb) and the hamburger with foie gras. Choice of vegetable accompaniments or home fries. Menu from 8? to 18? + 4? homemade dessert. Capacity: 16 people. Open for lunch only. Millassou on Tuesdays and Fridays for lunch, farcidures on Wednesdays for lunch and Saturdays to order.
