The 'chez Maître Jacques' gîte is housed in a large family home with a vast 60 m² terrace overlooking a 5,000 m² site on the banks of the Vienne with secure access, beaches and grassy banks for fishing, canoeing and paddling. A shaded island with barbecue and picnic table. Large lake on the Vienne (3 rowing boats, 3 kayaks and life jackets available). Badminton court (equipment provided). Small farm, poultry, sheep, vegetable garden, orchard. Large 7200 m² wood with very clean undergrowth, hiking trails starting from the gîte. Ideal for cousinly get-togethers, birthdays and parties, with capacity for 24 guests.
