In the heart of the Lauragais, between Toulouse and Castelnaudary, 500 meters from the Canal du Midi, we are pleased to welcome you in a warm room by the fireplace or in the summertime on the shaded terrace.
Trained at "Emile" and after a varied career in the world of catering, Sébastien Dufraisse has made his dream come true with the opening of his own restaurant in the heart of the Lauragais.
Passionate, he wishes to share his original and generous seasonal cuisine with as many people as possible.
