Hotel with character located in Samatan, capital of foie gras, in the south-east of the Gers department.
From a simple house, the owners have created a real guest house all in wood and blue. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the decoration careful and refined in a contemporary spirit, trendy and deco.
The whole is articulated around a patio with a whirlpool bath.
The vast dining room with its round tables arranged under a skylight and its bay windows opening onto the garden is transformed in fine weather into a terrace forming a colourful ensemble, both chic and relaxed.
On the kitchen side, the menu is renewed every week and the chef will share with you his passion for an inventive and surprising cuisine.
