L'Olivier is a simple, gourmet restaurant featuring a number of classic bistro dishes with a touch of the chic that Glen Markusen, the owner, is so fond of. Smoked herring salad, scalloped potatoes, asparagus with vinaigrette, beef carpaccio, ravioli, mussels marinière and iced nougat are just some of the dishes you can enjoy on the terrace in the shade of the olive trees, or in the green and grey hues of the logo.
