L'Olivier is een eenvoudig, gastronomisch restaurant met een aantal klassieke bistrogerechten met een vleugje chic dat Glen Markusen, de eigenaar, zo dierbaar is. Gerookte haringsalade, geschulpte aardappelen, asperges met vinaigrette, carpaccio van rundvlees, ravioli, mosselen marinière en gekoelde nougat zijn slechts enkele van de gerechten waarvan je kunt genieten op het terras in de schaduw van de olijfbomen, of in de groene en grijze tinten van het logo.
