All our fillings are made by us and we select mainly local and regional products. We use organic flour and offer all kinds of fillings (pork rillettes, fish rillettes, cheese, caramel, mogettes lardon, tartiflette....)

We can also adapt with vegan or vegetarian options if this type of cooking corresponds to your lifestyle
