Cécile, David and Pierre Estrabou run David's family farm in Ance, a small commune in the Haut-Béarn region between Oloron Sainte-Marie and Soule. This small mountain farm has been handed down from father to son since the 18th century, and over the generations has adapted to the times while remaining faithful to the craft of breeding. Grat, Michel, Jean-Marie and now David and Pierre have succeeded one another on this land to support their families and the farm they have inherited.
We raise a herd of Montbeliarde cows, and transform part of the production into yoghurts, dairy desserts and cheeses: "Tomme des Pyrénées" IGP, "Coissou" and "Brissou" (soft cheeses).
Sales at the farm from Tuesday to Friday mornings, and at the Oloron Sainte-Marie and Mauléon markets.
