About 100 meters from our house is a pretty independent gîte - sleeps 6, 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 double bedrooms), 2 shower rooms (2 WCs). You'll be able to spend your vacations in complete peace and privacy. Your garden is totally private, so you can enjoy the sunshine as you wish. The garden and terrace are laid out in such a way that you can find a place in the sun or shade throughout the day.
Our place is located in the countryside, between meadows and Limousin cows grazing peacefully. At the end of a cul-de-sac, you'll first see our house, surrounded by almost 4 hectares of land with numerous nut and fruit trees, walls, paths, meadows and gardens. Take a stroll and see Lubersac in the distance. In the peace and quiet of the countryside, with all amenities nearby.
