A circa 100 metri dalla nostra casa si trova un grazioso gîte indipendente - 6 posti letto, 3 camere (1 camera con 2 letti singoli, 2 camere doppie), 2 bagni con doccia (2 WC). Potrete trascorrere le vostre vacanze in tranquillità e privacy. Il vostro giardino è completamente privato, così potrete godervi il sole a vostro piacimento. Il giardino e la terrazza sono disposti in modo da poter trovare un posto al sole o all'ombra durante tutta la giornata.
La nostra posizione è in campagna, tra prati e mucche Limousin che pascolano tranquillamente. Alla fine di un vicolo cieco, vedrete per prima la nostra casa, circondata da quasi 4 ettari di terreno con molti alberi da frutta e noci, muri, sentieri, prati e giardini. Fate una passeggiata e vedrete Lubersac in lontananza. Nella pace e nella tranquillità della campagna, con tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze.
