A late 18th-century farmhouse built of typical Corrèze stone, our house is located at the gateway to the Dordogne and not far from the Lot. The village of Allassac (3km away) offers all local shops and services. On the unoverlooked garden side, you'll find a wooden terrace dedicated to family meals, as well as a large stone terrace with a lounge under a pergola overlooking the pool and a magnificent unobstructed view of the garden and the Vézère valley. The swimming pool (8mX4.5m X1.65m deep) is equipped with an underwater deck and secured by an electric shutter, offering relaxation in heated water from early May to late September.
