In the heart of Petit Bayonne, Monsieur Txokola makes his own chocolate from carefully selected Grand Cru cocoa beans. He uses French products and local artisanal techniques to create fine, gourmet cocoa bars, spreads and powders.
Monsieur Txokola?s workshop-boutique in Bayonne is already a journey. Behind the glass windows, you can observe the different stages of production and discover the expertise of the chocolatiers of Bayonne, "the French chocolate capital". So whether you're young or old, a gourmet or a gourmand, an enthusiast or just a fan, come and share a moment with us. Here, in this warm, gourmet atmosphere, we don't talk about productivity, but about love for the product.
