Entrance, living room overlooking the vineyards with shaded terrace and fitted Kitchen with freezer. 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 2 beds 90). Shower room, WC. Mezzanine, with living room. Electric heating or air-conditioning according to meter reading. Household included.
