Le Couchetat hotel and restaurant is located in the heart of the Ballons des Vosges. Situated in La Bresse, just a stone's throw from the Montagne des Lamas, our Andean-inspired house welcomes you for a relaxing stay away from it all. Our restaurant menu changes every three months according to the season. We offer different menus to suit your tastes and desires. The Alpaga and Patagonia menus take French bistronomic cuisine and incorporate Chilean and Peruvian touches. The Lama menu, meanwhile, lets you discover South American gastronomy through traditional dishes. A vegetarian menu is also available. Children are also invited to enjoy a menu designed especially for them. Dishes made with fresh produce allow them to discover new flavors. Finally, we offer a half-board package including breakfast and dinner to all hotel residents who so wish.
