The inter-communal media library is located in the centre of Plaisance, a building of 160 m² with a cultural vocation, supported by the Bibliothèque Départementale de Prêts (Departmental Library of Loans) which completes the existing documentary collection.

The media library proposes you, in loan, more than 9 000 books (novels, detective stories, documentaries, biographies, youth...) - 750 CD - 350 comics - 300 DVD - 50 CDrom. You will also find various magazines, 4 CD listening stations and 5 free Internet stations.

And of course, throughout the year, activities for the general public and schools: thematic exhibitions, conferences, creative arts workshops, readings, literary meetings...
