On Corsière Street, also known as Middle Street, the junction of the two towns, upper and lower, took place. Notaries, cloth merchants, bakers, shoemakers… shared this busy street due to the proximity of the markets, squares, and the Hall. This street is connected to the Upper town by narrow alleys or passageways, partially uncovered, characteristic elements of the village's topography.
