Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, small appliances. Bathroom with bath and washing machine. Separate WC. Bedroom with 2 single beds (2x90x200) that can be twinned to form a 180x200 cm bed. Terrace and relaxation area to the north with garden furniture, deckchairs and pizza oven in the barbecue area.
Upstairs: bedroom with 2-person bed (140x190) and solarium with small table and 2 chairs. Sea view. Walk-in closet (laundry area) with exercise bike, leading to a toilet (WC and washbasin).

Reversible air-conditioning included: one unit on the ground floor and one in the hallway on the 1st floor. Mosquito screens on windows. Baby kit available on request (cot, high chair, bath bouncer, etc.). Wi-fi. Housekeeping on request. Sheets and towels on request (rental). Electric barbecue and pizza oven. Dogs admitted subject to conditions (one pet only - small dogs only).

Bonus: magnificent views of the sea and the port of La Ciotat, its island and bay. Freeway nearby, but below and not visible from the gîte.

You'll enjoy a beautiful sea view, and easy access on foot or by bike from the SNCF train station to the town of La Ciotat (parking available) via the "voie douce".
