This recreational cycle route takes you from Domain La Grangette via a lake (Lac de la Ganguise) to the Canan Du Midi and back.
Count on one day to complete this route (including stops). A very large part is very flat (Canal Du Midi), and therefore not too heavy. The length of the route makes it a bit if a challenge. Parts along the Canal du Midi are made from gravel. So therefore not so suitable for racing cyclists (road bikes). Gravel bikers and MTBers will do fine. But for the latter there will be maybe a lack of gravel and off-road.
