A beautiful and fairly easy bike ride in the Drôme Provencale around Dieulefit. The first 14 km go downhill and quickly to the fortified town of Taulignan. This is followed by a climb of about seven kilometers through a wooded area and on a very quiet and good road to Aleyrac and a fast descent to Bégude-de-Mazenc. It then continues gently in an ascending line through fields and meadows to the picturesque town of Pont-de-Barret in the Roubion valley. From here we follow the Roubion upstream for about twenty kilometers via Saou and Bourdeaux to Crupies. Until Saou the valley is narrow and particularly beautiful. Near Saou we get a beautiful view of the steep rock formations of the Forêt de Saou. The short and gentle climb of the Col de l'Homme begins from Crupies. From the Col de l'Homme it goes downhill while following the Veyssanne to its mouth in the Lez at La Paillette. Shortly afterwards we are back at the starting point in Serre de Turc.
